Jane's Finish-Your-Film Fund Award Recipients for 2001

The Jane Finish Your Film Fund is a $5000.00 annual scholarship awarded to aspiring filmmakers who are currently attending film school and have a work in post-production. 2001 was the first year this scholarship was awarded. Although the scholarship has been designed with the intention of having one recipient per year, due to outstanding qualifications, two recipients were chosen for 2001.

The 2001 recipients are: UCLA MFA Film Directing & Production student, Suny Behar for Pushing the Envelope; and, Graduate of Columbia University's graduate film program, Jennifer Atkins for If You Step on a Crack.

We whole-heartedly congratulate these outstanding filmmakers and look forward to next year's entrants. Applications are due by October 1, 2002. Winners will be announced in November at the Ojai Film Festival.
